Product Description

Composition
This product is composed of two components: emulsion and pigment paste. The main resin consists of epoxy resin, isocyanate crosslinking agent, and toughening agent, which forms an emulsion after acid neutralization. The epoxy resin serves as the dispersion resin and is combined with pigments and fillers to produce the pigment paste through grinding.

Features

  • Application Performance: Excellent throwing power and electrodeposition performance; outstanding anti-settling properties of the bath liquid.
  • Film Performance: Excellent coating appearance and mechanical properties.
  • Environmentally Friendly: A lead-free, heavy-metal-free, water-based coating that complies with environmental protection standards.

Applications

  • Widely used for corrosion-resistant coating in automobiles, automotive parts, home appliances, hardware, agricultural machinery, and various steel components.
