Product Description

Composition
This product is composed of two components: emulsion and pigment paste. The main resin consists of epoxy resin, isocyanate crosslinking agent, and toughening agent, which forms an emulsion after neutralization with acid. The epoxy resin forms the dispersion resin, which is ground with pigments and fillers to produce the pigment paste.

Features

  • Application Performance: Stable product with excellent anti-aging properties and fast film formation speed.
  • Film Properties: Excellent coating appearance and mechanical performance.
  • Environmentally Friendly: A water-based coating free of lead and other heavy metals, meeting environmental protection standards.

Applications

  • Widely used for corrosion-resistant coating in automobiles, auto parts, home appliances, hardware, agricultural machinery, and various steel components.
  • It has excellent compatibility with various types of iron, aluminum, and alloy substrates.
