Product Description

Composition
Composed of two components: emulsion and pigment paste. The main resin consists of chain-extended epoxy resin, isocyanate crosslinking agent, and toughening agent, with the addition of independently developed high-edge-protection resin. After acid neutralization, it forms an emulsion. Epoxy resin acts as the dispersion resin, combined with pigments and fillers to form a ground pigment paste.

Features

  • Excellent edge corrosion resistance
  • High edge coverage with outstanding film appearance and mechanical properties
  • Superior sedimentation resistance and bath stability
  • Free from heavy metals such as lead, low VOC content, and environmentally friendly

Applications

  • Widely used in corrosion-resistant coatings for automobiles, auto parts, agricultural machinery, and various steel components.
  • Particularly suitable for e-coating applications that require high edge corrosion resistance.
