Product Description

Composition
This product consists of two components: an emulsion and a color paste. The main resin system is composed of epoxy resin, isocyanate crosslinking agent, and toughening agent, which are neutralized with acid to form the emulsion. The dispersion resin is epoxy resin, and the color paste is prepared by grinding pigments and fillers.

Bath Preparation
Color paste : Emulsion : Deionized water = 1:3:4 (by weight). Add appropriate additives and neutralizing agents to adjust the parameters. Let the mixture age for 48 hours, then filter and apply.

 

Application Process
Pre-degreasing → Degreasing → Water Rinse → Surface Conditioning → Phosphating → Water Rinse → Pure Water Rinse → Electrophoresis → Post-rinse → Drying (Also suitable for silane or ceramic pretreatment processes)
