Product Description

Composition
This product is composed of two components: emulsion and color paste. The primary resin system consists of epoxy resin and a self-developed high-penetration resin, neutralized with acid to form the emulsion. Epoxy resin is used as the dispersion resin, while the color paste is prepared by grinding pigments and fillers.

Features

  • Application Performance: High penetration capability, excellent film formation on interior cavities of workpieces, and good bath stability.
  • Film Performance: Excellent coating appearance and mechanical properties.
  • Environmentally Friendly: Low VOC content and free of lead and other heavy metals.

Applications

  • This product is suitable for electrophoretic coating of new energy vehicle bodies and components, as well as other applications requiring high penetration capability.
  • Widely used in the electrophoretic coating of automobiles, auto parts, household appliances, hardware, and other complex-shaped workpieces.
