Composition
Composed of two components: emulsion and color paste. The main resin system consists of epoxy resin and our independently developed high-throwing power resin, neutralized with acid to form the emulsion. The dispersion resin is based on epoxy resin, and the color paste is prepared by grinding pigments and fillers.
Features
- Application Performance: High throwing power, excellent film-forming ability inside complex cavities, and good bath stability.
- Coating Performance: Excellent film appearance and mechanical properties.
- Environmentally Friendly: Low VOC content and free of lead or other heavy metals.
Applications
- Suitable for electrophoretic coating of new energy vehicle bodies and components, as well as other applications requiring high throwing power.
- Widely used in the electrophoretic coating of automobiles, auto parts, home appliances, hardware, and other structurally complex workpieces.
