Our automatic powder coating line is designed to efficiently coat a variety of metal products, including aluminum profiles, fences, cabinet doors, and window frames. The process starts with essential pre-treatment steps such as degreasing, surface conditioning, and phosphating, followed by drying. For workpieces with rust, we also use shot blasting or sandblasting for a clean surface before powder coating. After pre-treatment, the parts are ready for powder coating and curing in the oven, ensuring a durable, high-quality finish every time.
