Uneven drying after electrodeposition
Deposited paint drying up before rinsing results in an uneven finish.

Paint on the substrate has dried up before rinsing.

- Install a mist sprayer between the bath exit and rinsing process.
- If a mist sprayer is already in place, check whether the mist is sprayed evenly all over the substrate.
- If, before rinsing, the line stops because of some problem, rinse the workpiece by pouring pure water with a hose.
- This defect is likely to occur in dry seasons (particularly in winter).
If the defect occurs persistently, it is necessary to install a sprayer designed to prevent uneven drying or to take other measures.
